Very nice stay, love the large windows. Place was fantastic and in a good location walking distance from nice restaurant and cafes. The sounds of the birds in the morning with the big sliding glass doors open made it worth every penny.

Es cierto que actualmente hay construcciones cerca pero todo siempre es para bien , pronto veremos un Tulum diferente, pero el departamento tiene todas las comodidades , limpio , cuenta con los servicios necesarios y con las nuevas construcciones tendrá cosas muy lindas cerca Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

such a beautiful place. has everything you need to feel comfortable. Really clean and nice. the only con is bring ear plugs because the walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs barking [but that's common]. comfortable beds, 10/10. would stay again! 🙂

Muy buen lugar de alojamiento, con detalles muy bonitos y habitaciones cómodas. Tal cual en las imágenes, la alberca y las áreas comunes muy padres para descansar. Además cuenta con lavadora.

El apartamento es muy lindo, amplio, cómodo… Cosas a considerar: TULUM ESTÁ CARÍSIMO! Nos frustró mucho pq se aprovechan… no volveremos lamentablemente por esta razón ☹️ - La piscina no le llega sol casi nunca por estar en medio del bosque entonces hay muchos árboles y vegetación y el mismo edificio le hace sombra así que no es como un plus. Opinión: Es lindo, pero no dan ganas de estar ahí realmente. - Hay una construcción justo en frente, así que al estar en el living los trabajadores ven todo hacia adentro, es un poco incómodo pero nada terrible. El ruido de la construcción es bien fuerte! considérenlo si les gusta dormir hasta tarde. Comienzan a trabajar en la semana como a las 7:30-8 am, el sábado a las 9 am y el domingo un poco más tarde como a las 10-11 am. - Para ir a comprar es necesario tener auto (carro) porque todo queda medio lejos, sobretodo considerando que a la vuelta vendrás cargado. La gente de la recepción es súper amable! En general fue una buena estadía

Departamento Fantástico, cómodo, limpio y hermoso. Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, lugar tranquilo y con excelentes prestaciones, (piscina, reposeras, ascensor, gimnasio) Anfitriona amigable y respondía muy rápido a consultas. Ubicación cerca del centro, caminando llegábamos rápidamente. Si bien hay construcciones cerca no son ruidosas ni interfieren en el descanso. Volveríamos a hospedarnos acá. Fueron días de perfecta estadía.

Bel endroit correspondant aux photos. 15 min à pied pour aller dans les bar, en passant par une zone hélas assez pauvre comparé à la zone où se trouve le bâtiment. Ce qui fait mal à voir… Cependant concernant le logement c’est vraiment très bien !

Un departamento hermoso para pasar en familia muy como los muebles, no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, esta ubicado en un lugar donde puedes ir a varios tours y disfrutar igualmente de la playa, la piscina muy amplia aparentemente es pequeña pero al ingresar tiene profundidad. Responden rápido ante alguna duda. Hermoso lugar sin duda me volvería a quedar. .

El alojamiento coincide perfectamente con las fotos, está muy agradable para la familia. La alberca mientras no hagas mucho ruido te la puedes pasar adentro por el clima nunca está fría la tienen siempre limpia. La atención es increíble, siempre nos apoyaron en lo que necesitamos, nos dieron el reglamento y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. No tienen lugar de estacionamiento pero el coche se puede quedar afuera de la estancia y no le pasa nada hay seguridad. Volvería definitivamente.

Poza zakwaterowaniem wszystko było w porządku. Na przeciwko ulicy trwa budowa, ale specjalnie to nie przeszkadzało. Apartament piękny i bardzo wygodny. Dostęp do centrum Tulum przez nieciekawą okolicę i raczej trzeba iść okrężną drogą.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en este alojamiento, es muy bonito y súper limpio. Tiene suficiente espacio y todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Excelente ubicación a menos de 10 minutos de la zona hotelera y a 5 minutos del centro. Recomendamos mucho este apartamento! Gracias a la anfitriona por estar siempre al pendiente de nuestras dudas.

Estuvimos 5 días en Livit. Éramos 8 personas, habían suficientes toallas y la cocina estaba bien equipada aunque sería muy útil que tuvieran a disposición más sartenes. La casa es preciosa y muy amplia, estaba súper limpia. Fue un poco difícil encontrar el edificio ya que tiene un nombre diferente a cómo se muestra aquí en la aplicación (lo encuentran como casa libre en maps) pero los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestra llegada y nos dieron las instrucciones rápidamente. No tienen estacionamiento privado pero nosotros dejamos el carro afuera y no hubo ningún problema. La verdad la estadía fue increíble, la casa es preciosa y esta muy bien decorada. Súper recomendado! ✨

I recently stayed at this apartment and I have nothing but love for this unit. I previously hooked an airbnb before this one and it was messy and had no water and booked this right after as an alternative. It was super clean and cozy and most of all had water. Enjoyed my stay here, nice location also walkable to most of the restaurants we visited. I also absolutely love the balcony, played games with friends on the first night here and enjoyed the sunset overall 10/10 stay. Would a 100% recommend!!!!

El alojamiento es muy bonito y amplio. Tiene todos los servicios que ofrecen. Encontramos todo muy limpio. La piscina es excelente y bonita. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Al igual las personas de la recepción siempre estuvieron apoyándonos. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro pero siempre hay taxis que le cobran unos 200 pesos por llevarlo al centro. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue cuando llovió porque se entro el agua por la puerta principal y también por la regadera se entro el agua.

Nice apartment however we were having problems finding it. We arrived really late after 15hrs journey looking for jungle view apartments but the name of the building is completely different. The host responded to my message quick but still not the kind of stress I want to have. The oven is not fitted properly so it comes out when opening the door if the oven, it bursts with a lot of hot steam so be careful. The kitchen equipment is ok. You can rent bikes at the place for $10 a day. It is 1km walk from the main streets of Valetta but you definitely need a bike to get to the tulum beach about 40min. We enjoyed the stay ❤️

Good option to stay in Tulum, outside of the main Tulum Playa road - completely packed with traffic- and easier to access, but close to everything. Be sure to enter the area via the main access road, gravel road mistakenly indicated in the home manual was not a great experience to start with. But building was nice and brand new, pool area is great (though a bit visible from the street, not ideal for privacy). Building staff really nice and helpful. Great communication with th host. Appartement has a nice view on the trees from the main window, terrace was also nice, though the chairs were soaked with water when we arrived because of the rain. Downside, as all new constructions in Tulum, lots of small details could be corrected : terrace window and bathroom door did not lock, kitchen was poorly equipped, just one tiny towel hanger in the bathroom, bathroom window surprisingly not hidden, people from the other building can literally see inside. Room for improvement, given the price.

Everything was great. Photos and description are accurate. Overall highly recommended. A few notes to avoid surprises: Construction is going on immediately across the street and moderate construction noise can be heard throughout the day. Totally quiet at night. WiFi router is good but isp was unreliable and we had internet 2 days out of 5.(isp issues are frequent in Tulum and there's nothing livit could have done ) After you arrive you are informed that if you fail to turn off the AC whenever you are out of the apartment you'll be charged $50. Not a problem for me, but I think they should include this policy in the description. This was our fourth family trip to Tulum and we had a great time in this property. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again.

Really spacious apartment with all necessary facilities and lovely shared pool. There were some hairs on the duvet but after messaging the host these were replaced, host was very helpful via message providing extra toilet rolls, kitchen towel, even a wine cork opener. Location in built up area with good roads if you follow the main road, easy to navigate and about 10 mins walk away from local cafes including matcha mamma and pharmacy.

This AirBnb was everything we wanted and more. It was impressive and had many amenities we could utilize. The host really set it up so that check in is easy. It is also a very comfortable place to be at in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Every day we stayed I kept eyeing the Olympic pool but our itinerary was very busy. If the host has us again I will certainly make use of the pool. Highly recommend to anyone who is staying in Tulum. Two thumbs up and cheers to the hosts!

Great location, is just like the pictures. The pool is excellent, small gym available too. We were here during a hurricane so we didn’t have power, water, or electricity for over a day, but that’s happens under the circumstances. We still managed to have a great time. The code doesn’t work to the door so make sure you always bring the key. Security was great, there was always someone downstairs in the lobby watching the bikes and who came in and out. And they won’t just let you in if you ask to let you into the Airbnb (if you don’t have the key), but that made us feel much safer. Rent a bike across the street and it’s only a 5-10 min ride to city center. We are kind of a loud group and we did get told to keep it down, but we were having so much fun we couldn’t. This rental company always responded pretty quickly if we needed something. We were unsure where to put trash, though, so ask before hand. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed our stay here! There is a security guard at the door and security on the street corner. We rented a car and parked it right on the street. Never had an issue with parking. I worked remotely from here for 4 days and the WiFi was great, supported large video calls. Would absolutely stay again!

The apartment is new and well equipped. The pool is clean. There are good restaurants and markets in the area. You can reach the beach and Tulum Pueblo by bike. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

El condo es exactamente lo que se publica en las fotos, cuenta con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños todo en excelente condición, cuenta con lavadora y secadora para estancias largas, está ubicado al Final de Aldea zama pero su ubicación es buena, en mi caso me acompañaba mi mamá en silla de ruedas y cuenta con lo necesario para el acceso ( elevador, etc) por si llevan a algún adulto mayor en buena opción, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy buena y rápido resuelve tus dudas eso fue lo que más me gusto. Sin duda regreso !! Muchas Gracias Lourdes 🙂

Nice apartment, the building has a nice pool. The gym was ok but the AC was not working and also the elevator was not working. The apartment is very nice but bring extra plates, forks and kitchen equipment. Don´t expect to have your laundry done because the washer does not work. Good location is good.

If you’re looking for a modern apartment in downtown Tulum with reliable WIFI, this is the gem. From day 1, Lourdes was extremely accommodating. She responded within an hour. We downgraded our room within the same apartment and has no issue with it at all. We asked for the extra dishwasher soap and the cleaning lady brought them within hours. The apartment was super clean and the staff in the building were very friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and the AC WORKED!!! We were very cold in the apartment and even had to turn the temperature up. Most importantly, the WIFI worked and I was able to work remotely from Mexico. The pool was beautiful and a nice way to cool off after a day of touring in hot temperature Tulum. We can’t wait to stay at one of Lourdes’s apartments again.
