This place was great. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful and spacious. The location is beautiful and felt very safe. Don’t use too much electricity all at once though or else you’ll experience a circuit break and lose electricity for a while. Wonderful and clean place to stay

Our stay went well and we appreciated the spacious apartment we were provided since the one we reserved was unavailable due to maintenance. The heat pumps worked fine to keep the living spaces cool and the kitchen was nice. However, it was disappointing to have an outdoor space directly across from an active construction site with workers there 6 out of 7 days. The noise, dust, and lack of privacy in a rooftop suite setting were were disappointing. The management company was, however, very responsive when I messaged them with questions, which was greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay for the price. This was our very first Airbnb. There were 9 of us and we did quite a bit of cooking in the unit. The kitchen was adequate but not really stocked that great for larger groups. We had to eat in shifts. We were comfortable and felt very safe. Some of the tiles on the patio are coming loose but it’s a beautiful and shaded place to relax. There is construction directly across the street so a bit noisy if you want to sleep in. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Our unit worked out great, the rooftop with plunge pool was a nice place to relax and share meals. The apartment was very clean, the front desk attendant was friendly and the photos of the unit were accurate. I would highly recommend this unit for a family of five or six people!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb rental in Tulum, Mexico, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and charm of this hidden gem. The accommodation itself was cozy and well-maintained. The interior design reflected the local aesthetic, incorporating vibrant colors and unique artwork, which added a touch of authenticity to the experience. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor space. The rental had a spacious rooftop where I could relax and soak up the sun, it also offered breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. It was the perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or enjoy a meal while being surrounded by nature.

The listing is as beautiful as it looks - the rooms were very comfortable, not to mention all en-suites - the roof terrace was unmatched - waking up in the master bedroom to that view was quite something! Would recommend - will stay when again when I visit Tulum next time!

This location is perfect. You’re at the top. There’s an elevator and security. Everything is beautiful!! I’d definitely stay again. It was perfect for the kids. Ample space. Not far from the beach and cenotes. Would highly recommend! They’re very quick to respond and were very accommodating especially when we needed a crib for the baby.

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Libre! We went for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect location between the resort area & Tulum town! The apartment was very spacious and clean! We loved the rooftop pool & the larger pool on the main level! We felt super safe and loved being able to walk to some nearby cafes for breakfast/coffees within the commercial area. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for 6 of us! We spent most of our time hanging on the roof and in the private rooftop pool. What a beautiful rooftop and pool area. There was an AC in each room as well as the living room and they worked wonderfully. The place was clean and even nicer than the photos. Beds were comfy and we loved the rainfall shower heads in each bathroom. The staff at the property was wonderful and extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. They have bikes for rent at the property as well. We loved biking into town to grab food. Safe and quiet area. So happy we stayed here!

We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

This was the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at so far. As described and the outside area wasn’t shown much in the pictures but it was a nice area to walk around and quiet as well although construction was going on around us. The front door attendants were helpful. Elevators were hot and stuffy (3rd floor penthouse). The building is eye candy but needs to be better up kept in my humble opinion. The common pool has a lot of debris and our penthouse pool had me questioning the cleanliness of it the further along the trip got. I still am glad I chose this unit though. It was spacious enough for my 3 children, partner and my sister. I didn’t like the smells coming from the sinks when you ran the water (DO NOT DRINK THE TAP WATER). The toilets always looked like they had faint yellow urine in them even after flushing of course. When we arrived the A/C was not on and that was a little inconvenient but all in all a great place to stay especially if you choose to have a concierge service help plan everything for you. I felt like I enjoyed the property more with the concierge service assisting with everything from a private chef, personal driver, food delivery to restaurant reservations. We did have a crib for our 19 month old and we did get any issue addressed quickly via the concierge service which also hosts the buildings units. I would recommend this place and the concierge service but keep in mind you should be in the mood to penny pinch when renting a place like this or choosing a personal concierge service. Of course if traveling with group of adults each paying their way that’s another story but for families this place was great for us. We like variety so we probably won’t stay again but would recommend to friends and family.

This was such an amazing stay - we always felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there was 24/7 security that helped us call a taxi. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful in person. The host is also super communicative with anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

A really good stay! This place was great for a large group (nine in our case) with plenty of clean, well designed space for us to call home. The location was convenient (if not surrounded by a lot of construction) and the amenities were open and available for all of our stay. A short bike ride away from the beach, I would recommend this place. Just be ready to party! (Or, expect neighbors that will!)

The host are very nice and responsive, which made the trip easy. The inside is very spacious and nice. Easy access to taxi drivers and the building concierge are helpful. The construction noise across the street can get a little noisy, but it’s bearable. Overall, great stay and fitting for 5-6 people.

This place was an amazing stay from start to finish. Not only was the host extremely reliable with responding to our questions. The Airbnb was just beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. We felt super safe staying here, with a 24 hours security who was also super helpful! He was able to call us cabs for the morning of our departure a they arrived exactly when we needed them. I would 100% recommended this stay to anyone.

Fuimos 3 familias (10 persona - 6 adultos y 4 niños) y la verdad el apartamento muy ampliado, limpio, totalmente equipado, bonito, muebles de calidad. La terraza y el plunge pool son geniales para el atardecer o cualquier momento del dia. Los baños geniales y con mucha luz. La zona muy tranquila. Es una zona de nueva construccion. La comunicacion con el gestor Ezekiel muy fluido. Bien situado cerca del centro y cerca de las playas. Realmente toda nuestra familia disfrutó de la estancia.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and there is a bathroom in every room which was so convenient. It is located in one of the nicer neighborhoods in Tulum and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores near by. I was traveling with a group of 5 ladies and we felt very safe and comfortable in the building and apartment.

Great stay! Only thing the main TV internet did not work or connect so we didn’t get to use it. House keeping and owners were great and they came whenever we needed them. Beds were so comfortable! Owners will also give you numbers or taxi drivers if you ask and they can pick you up to any location. We loved the private Terrace very cute.

My friends and I had the most amazing time in this penthouse. The house was pristine clean and had the most beautiful architectural design. Rooms were so spacious and fit our group of six so comfortably. Overall the communication with our hosts was great as well! They were quick to response and attentive to all our needs during our stay. We requested a later check out time and they were more than happy to accommodate. Outside of the PH, the pool was beautiful and huge! We definitely enjoyed it! The neighborhood is in a quiet residential area and felt very safe. My friends and I got around tulum with motor scooters and parking/riding around was never an issue. People in the neighborhood respected the streets and drove within driving limits. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be returning to Casa Libre in Aldea Zama!

I loved this place! It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The apartment is located in a secured building and a nice area in proximity to the main strip and excursions. However, a major con was the elevator was broken during our stay and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Having to carry our bags up and down 2 flights of stairs was inconvenient, tiring, and dangerous with the slippery stairs from the rain. Also, the TV in the living room did not connect to the internet so we were unable to use it during our stay. The wifi does not reach the top floor bedroom, so I had to use data during my stay. We did experience a plumbing issue the first day, but the hosts were very quick to respond to us and fixed it within a couple hours. Like wise, the host assisted us with excursion tickets and provided a spare key when one of our guests arrived late. Overall, this place is worth the stay!

Such an amazing place to stay if your going with a group of friends. The complex pool and the private pools are awesome, the beds are so comfortable, everything is really clean. If you stay here you definitely need to rent a bike, car, or moped though because it feels tucked away and is not really walking distance to the main avenida to get to the beach. Overall great place and would stay again!

The apartment is as described and generally well-maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we felt very safe. However, one of the bathrooms wasn't working (my friends should have brought this up earlier so we could have raised it to Lourdes), and there was a bit of an ant problem when we arrived. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay since we spent most of our time out and about, but would recommend that the hosts look into these things before the next guests stay.

Great house, very clean and organised and in a nice, safe part of Tulum (Aldea Zama). The patio and the plunge pool is an amazing place to hangout and we fully took advantage of that. There is also a larger pool on the ground floor which is very nice and a good place to meet other people living in the building. Lourdes is very good at communicating with her guests and very flexible. Would come back again!
